Six Miracles of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W)
Every prophet is blessed with some special powers which in turn lead to miracles. Our last prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) also set many miracles in the history of Islam, some of the miracles are below:
Quantity of food increases:
As stated by a genuine telling from Abu Talha said, The Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) fed seventy to eighty people with a little quantity of bread that Anas had brought. Prophet (S.A.W) said, “Smash the bread into little pieces.” and prayed for large quantity. Since there was not sufficient room, people came in a set of ten and eat it, parting all full and pleased.
Moon Split into two halves:
One of the most talked miracle of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) was took place in Macca when a Non-Muslim asked Holy Prophet (SAW) to perform a miracle. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) pointed to the moon and the moon got split into two equal halves. He kept the moon in the same condition for some time and then put it back together. This miracle clearly showed that the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) was indeed a messenger of Allah.
Prayer for rain
Bukhari stated that once Holy Prophet (SAW) prayed for rain. And the rain started so heavily that Holy Prophet (SAW) again prayed for cease of rain. Then the rain stopped immediately.
The miracle of showing angles
Once Hazrat Hamza asked Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) that He wanted to see Hazrat Jibraiel. Holy Prophet (SAW) showed Jibraiel to him in Khanna e Kaaba but he could not tolerate it and fell ill naturally.
Pray for hunger
Once Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) prayed for her beloved daughter Hazrat Fatima (R.A), “Ya Allah do not give her misery of hunger”. Hazrat Fatima (R.A) said, “After that, I never had the misery of hunger”
Journey of Night
Allah says, “Magnificence be to the One Who took His Muhammad (S.A.W) by night from the Sacred Mosque to the furthermost Mosque whose surrounds We have sacred, so that We may illustrate him of Our signs. Certainly, He without help is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing” (Qur’an 17:1).
Once Holy Prophet (SAW) went Macca to Jerusalem and came back only in a single night. That journey minimally takes more than one month for any traveler because on that time there is no fastest resources of transportation. When Kuffar knows about this incident they denied that such an incident can never happen. When Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) describe the city in detail about the incident, they were surprised and stormed out in frustration.
